Softball tryouts will be May 1st – 4th from 4-6pm.  You must have a current physical on file.

Volleyball tryouts for the 2018 season are May2nd, 3rd, and 4th from 4:30-7:00.  IN ORDER TO TRYOUT, you must have a fully completed physical, less than one year old, on file at the school or in hand.  No exceptions.  There will be a meeting to answer any questions you might have on Thursday, April 26th in the gym lobby at 8am. Please attend the meeting or talk to coach Edwards prior to tryouts.

The Football program is looking for any student interested in being a Football Manager.  If interested please see Coach Teter as soon as possible.  Spring football practice starts May 4th.

The Sequoyah Physical Fair will be Saturday, May 5th from 1-4 PM.  The cost is only $20.  All students planning to play a sport at Sequoyah will need a Sports Physical completed every year.  Take advantage of this opportunity on May 5th!

The East Cafeteria will closed starting Monday, April 23rd through the end of the year.  All students will need to have lunch at the main campus cafeteria starting Monday.

The Media Center will be closed before school during EOCTs.  Plan accordingly to print and return materials after testing is over each day.

Relay for life shirts have arrived and are for sale during lunches for just $12!!!  Get yours today!  You can also sign up to walk with us on Friday, May 11 at WHS.

If you are interested in being the Chief’s mascot for next year, turn in a 500 word or LESS essay on why you will be the best mascot for SHS.  Turn in to 1203 by April 30th.

Menchie’s will be here every Wednesday during lunch until the end of school. It is three dollars a cup and they are now excepting debit and credit cards. 😄

All students interested in playing football for the Chiefs.  If you are interested in playing football for the Chiefs please see Coach Teter as soon as possible.  Spring Practice starts Friday May 4th.  All players must have a current physical.  If you do not participate in spring practice you cannot play in the fall.

National Spanish Honor Society members will offer tutoring for students taking Spanish classes.  Help will be available every Monday during all lunch periods at the table set up outside of the theater.  If you have any questions or concerns, please contact your Spanish teacher.
