What do HSES students do in the Media Center?
Students visit the Media Center for lessons related to literacy, digital citizenship, research and technology. They can also check out books, use print and online resources, work independently, or visit our makerspace. The Media Center is also a popular place to visit for quiet reading or working on puzzles.
What resources are available in the Media Center?
We have over 12,000 books available for checkout as well as a collection of ebooks. Students can also access CCSD online subscription resources for research or class projects. Information about books available for checkout and online resources can also be accessed anywhere the Internet is available.

A few Friendly Reminders:
*If a book is lost or damaged beyond repair, you will be responsible for replacing the book.
*If you find and return the lost book that you paid for you will be refunded your money.
*If your shelf marker is lost there is a $2.50 replacement fee.
*Make sure you take your library books home in your backpack- this will help to keep them from being damaged.
