New Employees, Students and Parents

New Employees

New CCSD employees will be issued a District network account, which will provide access to email, Kronos (human resources/payroll/time card system), Office 365 and more. Accounts are created within 24-hours after the employee is entered into Kronos. New employees will be sent an email to their personal email address with their initial login information.

If you are a new or current employee having difficulties logging in to your account, please email Network.Login@cherokee.k12.ga.us for assistance.

New Students/Parents

All students are eligible to use Microsoft Office 365, which is free to CCSD students. Students will have a CCSD email account through Office 365, and also have access to the Microsoft Office suite for education. Student email accounts for grades K-10 are restricted to internal communications (i.e., can only send and receive emails within the CCSD network). Student email accounts for grades 11 and 12 are open to external communications. A student must have parental permission to have an email account.

Students and parents both have access to the CCSD learning management system, Canvas. Canvas is the family portal for attendance, grades, assignments and teacher resource pages.

Students – unable to login?
If you are unable to login to your account, please ask your teacher for assistance. If your teacher is unable to help, he or she will submit the problem to Technology Services for further assistance.

Parents – unable to login to Canvas?
